In 1997, the members of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church founded Vickery Meadow
Learning Center to address the critical need for English Language classes targeting non-English speaking adults living in the Vickery Meadow area of
Dallas. PHPC continues to be our largest single donor; however, VMLC is an all-inclusive,
non-denominational learning center founded to benefit all members of the community.
We receive no government funding but are supported by in-kind and
financial donations from individuals, religious communities, and
other local groups. VMLC also receives grants from foundations and
community groups.
Some of our past and current supporters are:
-
Chi Omega Christmas Market
-
Dallas Women's
Foundation
-
Junior League of
Dallas
-

-
